I went in with middle back pain, which he never X-rayed. Instead he X-rayed my neck after forcing it in an awkward position and told me to hold still. He kept adjusting my neck until the third visit when I was in agony and confronted his treatment. He couldn't remember where my initial pain was on my spine, and then put tape on it. I went elswhere and in the first visit was pain free. They obviously use a cookie cutter approach here, adjustments made in full view of other patients too. I didn't want to pay the bill, but he wouldn't make any adjustment to the bill. I paid it and took my X-rays. I also lost three days of work, if I went to the other place first, I would have only lost one day of work, possibly just half a day. Please don't waste your time and money on this franchise, I should have done more research.
